90-Day Coordination

Created for couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want a professional team to bring everything together as the day approaches.

This service is ideal for DIY couples who have managed the planning process and are ready to hand over the reins in the final one to three months. As your wedding draws near, we step in to refine, organize, and seamlessly connect every detail—so you can relax and fully enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to create.

Beginning three months prior to your wedding, we become an active partner in your planning. Through monthly communication, we stay closely aligned with your progress while fine-tuning logistics and preparing for flawless execution. We review vendor contracts, create a comprehensive wedding day timeline, develop detailed floor plans, and conduct a venue walkthrough to ensure every element is accounted for.

This package includes two (2) dedicated client meetings, a customized planning checklist, timeline creation, vendor contract review, floor plan development, venue walkthrough, and full organization of wedding-day logistics. We facilitate the rehearsal and provide complete coordination and management on the wedding day itself.

On your wedding day, Jenni & Co. serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, the wedding party, family, and guests. We oversee setup and teardown, décor placement, and the flow of the day—handling every detail with care and intention—so your celebration feels effortless, calm, and beautifully executed.
